  • What payment options do you currently accept?

  • What is your guaranteed uptime?
  • We guarantee that our servers will be up and running 99.9% of the time each month.

  • How long does it take for my account to be set up?
  • All of our Virtual Private Server & dedicated servers are set up within 24 hours once the first payment has been received, other services may take different time depends on type of service. However, depending on the special configurations such as control panel installations, the total set up time may vary up to 48 hours. If you're 1st time ordering service, services setup may take more than 24 hours as you have to be verified 1st time via our billing department before service provision. Also; if you're paying via credit card then you should submit a ticket to our billing department including scan copies of your front & back side of your credit card for fast setup.

  • I did not receive an e-mail with my account information
  • Some times your e-mail provider may filter the e-mails we sent to you. In this case, please first check your junk mail box. If it's not in your junk mail box, you will see all the e-mails we sent to you in our client portal. Please login to our client portal by navigating to the following url: http://www.zeropid.com/members/clientarea.phpOnce logged in, click on "My E-mails" under the Client Area Links menu on your left.

  • Do you offer refunds or a money back guarantee?
  • We are confident that we will be able to satisfy your needs with our services and products. However, if you ever feel unhappy or no longer need our services anymore, we offer a full refund within 15 days of activation of your services, no questions asked. Please note that this policy only applies to shared web hosting. The money back guarantee policy does not apply to our Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers services including any additional fees for upgrades and control panels (such as cPanel, Plesk, etc.) for both VPS services and dedicated servers. This policy does not refund any setup fees. It also does not cover any fees paid for addons including but not limited to dedicated IPs and SSL certificates. Additional monthly bandwidth and disk space addons are also not covered by this policy. This policy does not refund for any VPS and dedicated server products, services, or management services or addons. If you wish to request a refund within the 7 days of having your services activated, please submit a ticket to our billing department. As long as the ticket is submitted within the 7 days, you are eligible for a refund. A billing staff will reply to your ticket and notify you through the ticket when the amount(s) have been refunded to you. Refunds will not be handled through any other form of communication, support, or any other departments. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us through our helpdesk support system.

  • What are your support hours?
  • Our support and sales team is available Monday through Friday between 9AM to 5PM. However, we manage to provide 24 hours response guarantee to any of your support or sales inquiry.

  • Do you allow proxies on your servers?
  • We only allow (Private/authenticated/protected proxies) on our servers.

  • Do you allow torrents websites on your servers
  • We allow Torrent sites but if we receive any DMCA notice, we will forward it to you and allow you 24 hours to remove the file(s). Failure in removing the file(s) would result in the suspension of your service. If any of the restricted activity is conducted on our servers, your service would be suspended or terminated immediately and an email would be despatched with all the details.

  • My order keeps getting denied, why?
  • We have a fraud checking system in place for all orders. To ensure that your order does not get automatically denied by our system, please make sure you enter all client details correctly including name, phone number and area code, and addresses. Our fraud checking system takes into account many factors such as your IP, postal code, hostname and ISP, if you're going through a proxy or not, etc. Certain orders will be checked by automated phone call verification. Highly possible fraudulent orders are declined automatically. If you're having trouble due to this, please contact our sales department directly.

  • I got an early invoice generated for me, why?
  • Our system automatically generates invoices 15 days prior to the actual due date. This will give you 15 days notice to pay the invoice. You do not have to pay it within the first 15 days it was generated but this way you will have 15 days to pay the invoice. As long as you do not pay it any later than the actual due date shown you will not be charged of any late fees. A late fee of total invoice (Minimum $2.00) is added to the invoice if not paid within 24 hours AFTER the invoices' due date.
